Great texture, easy to use, moisturizing but soaks in so doesnt feel greasy for long, lightweight for sure so definitely better for my sensitive skin than just using coconut oil, I use a washable face pad and just hold it to my eye for a few seconds then lightly rub and it takes everything off - even waterproof, very effective and great value

One of my favorite makeup removers. I do find that out of all waterproof makeup removers it is the least greasy of all that I have found, as well as the most effective and easiest to use when it comes to getting off waterproof mascara. One of the best things about it is also that there is no scent to it as I feel like that is something that leaves my skin feeling more fresh after using it and not feeling tacky and sticky.

Works awesome. Skin feels soft and moisturized. At first I thought it seems oily but after a few more times I realized it is not and dries quickly. It removes my very hard to remove waterproof mascara. Now my lashes can an gorw healthy as this remover is easy to use and works seriously fantastic.

I actually bought this for a different reason than removing makeup. I use it about 5 days a week with the cleaning mode on my facial device, usually on bare skin for deep cleanse. My skin tends to be dry, and one thing I really like about this micellar water is that it doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped or dry afterward. It feels gentle and comfortable on my skin. I do notice a slightly slippery residue after using it. It hasn’t caused me any problems, but sometimes I wonder whether I should rinse it off afterward. I usually don’t. Since I’m normally using this without makeup, I can’t really comment on how well it removes waterproof mascara or heavy makeup. For the way I use it, though, it has worked well and I haven’t experienced any noticeable dryness or irritation. Overall, I’m happy with it, especially for my dry skin.

This mascara remover works very well! It removes mascara completely and is very gentle on your eyes. It is not oily to clog up your eyes. It is very reasonably priced for this large bottle

The Best Way To Cleanse on the go! And it works on tough waterproof cosmetics but it’s very gentle and I bet it’s gentle enough for a baby’s butt. lol Great product and it last a long time. My skin is mature and dry and this is not irritating or heavy. It removes makeup and cleans your skin thoroughly without water. Water is always better usually but when you’re in a spot this is the best solution. It’s not fragranced perfume-y just a nice clean scent. Definitely a must for your cosmetics bag. Grab a soft cloth and your set for fresh!

I like this micellar water because it effectively removes waterproof mascara. Anyone who has used waterproof mascara knows how challenging it can be to remove it without risking the loss of some eyelashes. This makeup remover does an excellent job. However, I recommend following it up with a gentle cleanser to eliminate any oily residue left over on your skin. I'm currently on my fifth bottle, and this micellar water has not irritated my eyes or skin. While it comes in regular-sized bottles, I prefer the smaller ones for convenience—they fit nicely in my skincare drawer and are perfect for travelling. The price point is great, and it's a vegan product. I'm really glad I chose this Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water.
