So so lemony refreshing.
Love the emulsions. I’ve used two so far. Will be getting another. I add a little to real lemon zest/juice in my cake batter. The flavor marinates with time, therefore it doesn’t diminish even after refrigeration or freezing.

A little bit goes a long way!
When lemon extract just won’t do this is what you are looking for. Instead of a bottle of regular extract you need only a little of the emulsion.

It’s a good product I would say
Use it for the first time a lot of people were recommending it. You don’t need really a lot. The bottle size is a decent size. The bright yellow looks really good. Looks organic and fresh.

Quality...Quality...Quality!
I love this Lorann lemon baking emulsion. I use it for making biscotti. I just use a teaspoon and it flavors the whole batch beautifully. It's so versatile...you can use it for any baked goods that you want a nice lemon flavor. I love that it comes in a glass bottle. You get what you pay for, but I feel this is a good value because of the quality! I also use the almond flavor when I want to make Cranberry Almond Biscotti.

LorAnn Lemon Bakery Emulsion
Leman taste is strong and thats good. Used in in a drink slightly like a smoothie with coffee. I had no lemons left, the LorAnn Lemon proved very good. You just need to experiment. Dont use a lot at once. It is very very concentrated lemon flavour but was excellent

Emulsion best for cooking
Great stuff. Emulsions don't evaporate the flavour like essences do so it produces a good flavour.
