Solid Metal
I am a builder and to be honest this is built better than most major name brands. It is solid brass. Literally not one piece of plastic and it is fully serviceable. Do not hesitate on this system

Fantastic product and Warranty honored
Product is fantastic! Well packaged and solid construction. I had to initiate a shower head swap (LED lights burned out) under warranty and these folks did that without question and supplied me a Fedex Tracking Number so I could track. I had it swapped out with the old one in minutes. All fittings match. Great Warranty! I highly recommend this product and the after sales help of this company
