Received this fan with some blades damage, but was sent a replacement right away. Was very well packaged. Natural wood blades look beautiful. even on 1 setting is quit powerful, never use any other speed otherwise gets too windy. It’s normal for this motor to start slow and get up to speed, energy officiant. I am not impressed with the light quality, its not as nice as bulbs. Still provide decent amount of light. This fan has a very quiet motor, which is very nice especially at night. I would improve light setting on the remote control, first not easy to find, the button is too small, and hard to find when its dark, also it doesn’t memorize the previous light setting. Every time you have to click few times to find a right light color. It wasn’t easy to install, requires some time and patience. Other then that this fan serves its purpose, compare to other unattractive fans, this one is the most modern and pleasant to look at and so far works well.

Gorgeous fan at an affordable price. Beautifully crafted, real wood blades. It's so pretty I can't stop staring at it. A bit complicated to install, since the bracket provided does not align with the standard j-box in the ceiling and you're screwing the fan bracket just outside the J-box.. We had to add some blocking in the ceiling to properly attach it. It is incredibly silent, even at higher speeds. It, however, has an awful BEEP each time you press any button on the remote, which made it unusable through the night if you want to turn it on or off or change the speed it would wake people up... but I was able to remove the speaker from the motherboard very easily and now no more beep!

The fan looks nice, but slightly different from the pictures on product page. Very quiet at speed 1 & 2. The noise is noticeable at speed 3 and higher. In general, it is a quiet fan as I mostly use speed 1 & 2. The light is bright. Unfortunately, its color temperature changes each time you turn it on using the remote. The fan and light can be controlled with SmartLife and using voice commands from Google Assistant. The installation is manageable for an average Joe but the manual can use some improvements. The customer service is above and beyond. Super patient and respectful when working with me to resolve a noise issue due to installation. I wholeheartedly recommend the fan.

This fan looks great. It is the quietest fan I have ever owned. The startup of a dc motor fan is unlike a regular ac motor fan. There is nothing wrong with it, it’s just different. So be aware of that point. This fan pushes a ton of air in silence and with 6 speeds is very versatile. The range of color temperature of the light is nice as this is mounted in my studio and offers different lighting options. I had the need to contact the seller who was immediately responsive and attentive. There were no issues installing it. The price point, coupled with the aesthetic, customer service and variable operating options, makes this fan a great buy.

The fan is great- good looking, very quiet, tons of options for both the fan and light. We easily installed this on a high sloped ceiling and the fan hangs straight with no wobble. Lily in after sales customer service went above and beyond to get us a longer extension pole ( or boom) that we needed and had it shipped out quickly. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and the excellent customer service.

It’s a relatively expensive fan but it can’t even dim! They put dimmable in the title but it doesn’t really dim. VERY MISLEADING! Looks nice. Works fine. Has three color modes (cool, neutral and warm) but again it is NOT dimmable. Bought another fan for about half the price at the same size and it’s dimmable. If you want to have low light in the evenings don’t get this fan. Love the look of this fan but I really really hate the misleading “dimmable” title. If you were honest with the title I would give 5 stars but hey now you have my money and I’m an angry customer.

I have light maple cabinets in my kitchen and wanted a fan to coordinate for the breakfast room. This one matched and had modern lines with stainless steel casing so thought Id give it a try. It does look good! and is very quiet on all speeds. Nice breeze even up on my 10 ft ceilings. Remote is handy too. There is a delay after clicking on but wait a few seconds and you will hear a beep and it will slowly start. Nice fan. Unknown brand but seems to be good quality.

Don’t get me wrong I love the look of the fan and it moves the air fine for a bedroom. The problem is it makes a very small humming noise at night that has kept me up for 3 weeks until I figured out what it was. You can turn it off at the switch to make it stop but I like to have it powered up so I don’t have to get out of bed and use the remote.

The fan is so pretty. All functions works great. The wooden blades are handmade plane natural color not polished like shown in pictures, but still looks great. In my fan there is a balancing problem also and so it shakes from side to side slightly. I am sure it will be fixed and it will not be a common problem. And yes there is a sharp tone from fan whenever you press any button on remote for confirmation, which some have reviewed is a very loud. For me it's acceptable.

It shows it can be controlled by app. But instruction manual doesn't have the instruction how to install the WiFi to WiFi app

I am using iPhone but it has no option to connect to mobile app neither any guide available to connect the same through app
