Does this have shalf life?

Just checked on the Internet and the common concensus is a two year shelf life after which time it starts to degrade . Obviously don't purchase more than you can use in that time frame .

Is this kerosene or some mixed?

Smells like kerosene, I used it in a paraffin blow lamp, work well. Regards.

What colour is this paraffin supposed to be? When I poured mine it was yellow. Is it not supposed to be clear and transparent (like water)?

If it was clear at purchase, chances are it's now past its expiry date and should be disposed of

Is this safe to use inside for lamps

We have very old lamp from the 1940s and it's OK in that you may get a bit of a smell with this you maybe better off with lamp oil .but it's up to you . At will work the same.
