Amazing!
I have had an obsession with carbs for as long as I can remember. But, the scale (and my health) started really going into a territory I’d rather not be in. So, I have adopted a low carb eating style. My biggest problem is the sweets. I crave them!! I have absolutely no idea how they did it, but these shakes taste like they are overloaded with carbs! Yet, it’s only 7 carbs for the whole thing!! I use 8oz of Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk as my 8oz of liquid. It only adds 1 carb to the shake. I’m also a late night snacker. I have found that if I drink one of these a while after dinner, it gives me that sugar rush I crave without the carbs or tons of calories. I found that I wasn’t able to mix it up well enough with just shaking it up. There were tons of clumps. So, I got myself an “Ultra Bullet” from Amazon…I add everything in there, throw a couple ice cubes in, and blend it all together. All I can say is: THANK YOU!!

Ok but to sweet
I gave a 3 star because for me it is too sweet. I usually use the Optavia chocolate shake in the morning and found this product as a close match so wanted to try it. It's a challenge to get the whole thing down because it is so sweet. On a plus note, it is very smooth not chalky, has a good texture and is sustaining.

Great meal replacement shake
Really good purchase. Priced a bit more than I would like for 7 packets. Tastes great mixed with water and two ice cubes in my electric shake blender for that milkshake taste.

A delicious alternative to the expensive "O" shakes!
I've used the expensive "O" products for several years but was looking for something less expensive and that I can buy in small orders as needed. This product meets those requirements 100%. The shakes are delicious (every flavor is much tastier than the other brand). Give them a try!
