Can you spray this on a bronze outdoor statue for protection from the weather?

I believe it is fine for your purpose, but I’d check on it occasionally to re-spray as needed down the road. If I spray on iron outdoor chairs will it rub off when people sit on it?

Well I have not tried in on iron chairs. But I have use it on my table saw top. I let it dry and then wipe it off. It does great on that part.

My window air condition has no drain hole for water. Fan throws water on wiring. The control panel goes haywire. Will this help.

First thing I would do is find the low spot on tthe floor of your a/c and drill a hole 1/2" or so and cover it with some sreen (bugs) then lube everthing with WD40 (it is designed for water displacement WD-40)
