The tap itself works great and looks cool. The water stream is nice and the mixer is precise easy to find the right balance . The stream is a little airriated that's especially good if you have high pressure , my previous taps you could not turn on full without getting splashed . This tap that problem is no more even at full flow .. The stem is quite high , very good for filling the kettle even with a few pots in the basin. The 360° swivel head I'm not sure what the purpose would be but you do not need to use it . Installation however I recommend a plumber . Was able to DIY my bathroom taps easily in an hour , but this was very hard to install . No fault of the product just the 2 tap style is at the back of the sink and you definitely need a "basin wrench" and a LOT of patience .the pipes supplied are double female , my previous flexible pipes was female to male so I had to re-use my old pipes ..this caused me to need new rubber washers as they gave in when tightened .. Again none of that was fault of the product. The nuts that came with the sink appear to be hand tighten but they are not , you will need a wrench again or your new tap will wobble. Tools needed 1 basin wrench 1 mole grips 1 adjustable spanner 1 set of washers , same as used in a shower head if you in an emergency borrow one from there like I did . 10x patience For me camera to see up behind sink

This product has started to lose the black paint and does not look so good.

I was so reluctant after reading some reviews, but plucked up courage because tap matches my decor. So glad I did. Taps are fantastic, I got it professionally installed and had no problems. I feel unless you know what you are doing, I would advise to get it professionally done.

My old taps were leaking and needed to be replaced. While I was researching mixer taps I saw that these ones also came in black and since my kitchen is black and white I thought they would be perfect. I ordered them and they came the same day. They were not expensive and were easy to fit. I am delighted with the product and the service.

This looks and feels alot more expensive, threads nicely, fits well and works great. This looks and is modern and fits really lovely in the kitchen.

Due to our previous leaking, I've had to get a new one quickly and it was important for it to be black, to suit our kitchen decor. Good reviews, it looking visually great, and decent price, it was a no brainer to buy. Arrived well packed and with all the parts. Sadly on an immediate inspection/check, it was visible that it has irregularities! Hot water handle is pointing much further in towards the center whilst cold water handle points slightly outwards (both towards the as from you looking towards the faucet). I was hoping I could straighten this by hopefully somehow get to it or unscrew it, but it's made this way and there is nothing I could have done. If you have OCD, it'll definitely drive you nuts! Now, everything else is fine, it fits in standard kitchen sink with perfect measure. I myself was able to install it with ease, pretty straightforward job. Once in place it's sturdy without plastic, it gives good impression. I just wish I didn't have a crooked looking one, but I guess we'll be okay until this one leaks and we'll be getting a different kind, sadly.
