Excellent quality chocolate!
Excellent quality. Great for cookies and breakfast bars. Melts well. Not really too pricey given the supermarket prices for their best quality chips ($9 for a 16 oz bag). This is is EXCELLENT quality chocolate.

Arrived with a cool pack and surprised that they traveled from Europe to Texas without melting - in summer!! Taste is good - not that sour milk taste some white “chocolate” has. Very smooth.
