great source of fatty acids! Good price! In a can, wont go bad! The taste is a bit different! But if you like sardines, it will be fine! Think of the health benefits!

Packaging for shipping needs improvement
The quality of the product is fine, the packaging allowed one can to end up damaged & leak cod liver oil all over everything. They all had to be washed, but thankfully cod liver is not super fishy smelling. Could have been worse.

An outstanding and healthy product that goes great spread on toast, and if you want to add some slices of garlic, the flavor of the combination is wonderful
