The product is really good, bought it first time 8 years ago after my son was born. It has been helping us with monitoring the temperature of both my kids and the whole family. It still works well and gives accurate readings. Bought a new one as a gift for my brother's family. Would recommend this to all new parents...

WORST PRODUCT.. DON'T BUY.
WORST product.. it never shows normal temperature nor high temperatures everytime it shows 95.5 or 97 even though the patient is having high temperature.WASTE OF MONEY.. NOT WORTH..when asked for replacement they are not providing the replacement always showing the troubleshooting options.. even though I tried troubleshooting it didn't work.. Don't sell these kind of products if u can't replace it when it's not working.. I m not recommending this product to anyone..

Very poor accuracy for device. Indicating actual fever of 100degree as 98degree is not acceptable.
