Are these saltine crackers?

Jacob's crackers are more like the low-sodium saltine crackers out there but taste more creamier and tastier. 3% sodium , 0-g sugar, 2% fiber. Taste good by itself or with cheese or with salmon. Hope this helps.

Is this guaranteed to ship in a box and NOT a plastic bag?

Don’t know if it’s guaranteed, but every time I’ve gotten them the crackers are in a plastic bag inside a box. Sometimes within the package of crackers itself the first two may be broken but other than that I have totally enjoyed them. Closest thing I’ve had to a pilot cracker in a long time!

Is this product supposed to be frozen? Because my products came with a box that has keep frozen on it. Thanks

No, it is not supposed to be frozen. A dry and cool place is recommended. but being in the freezer doesn't hurt anything.

Are these returnable if they arrived all cracked?

Amazon doesn’t accept food returns, because they would have to dispose of t anyway. As with all food problems, contact Amazon customer service and tell them. In my experience they will refund your money or send a replacement. They’ll advise you to dispose of the problematic food.
