Pin holes
I used this sprayer 3 times over a year and by the second time, I would get more chemical sprayed on my leg than was getting sprayed out of the hose. This sprayer separates at the seam when pressurized. The manufacturer site doesn’t show as a model that’s available so I can’t get help.

Indoor plant game changer!!!
This super easy-to-use sprayer has made me better in every way. No kidding. It's silly I even debated something that makes me better, faster, taller, hidden (stealthier), and cleaner. My plants are happier because I water them easier, with a variable nozzle and long wand. My husband is happier because I don't have to move a ladder all over the house, and run back and forth from the faucet (obviously spilling sometimes.) My animals are happier for the same reasons, and I have more time with them. One tank fill would be difficult to lug around, but do-able. It's easier for me to fill 1/2 to 2/3rds full & prime the top with more pressure. This results in less-frequent pumping. Don't let this just sit in your cart the way I did. Orrrrrr, BUY IT FOR YOUR FRIENDS.

I like the angled tip at the end makes reaching over spring easy and the long hose is convenient
I wish the opening was a little bigger for filling but it works fine the only grape I have is the attachment for the wand to hold the one when you’re not using it can only be used if the pump handle is not in a locked position which kind of makes it weird that’s how you carry it but whatever it does it’s purpose works good. no complaints other than that. Update, after using this almost every day for the past year the seal for the pump has started to fail, and the spring for the pressure relief started to fail after approximately six months of use. Still worked it just would not hold as much pressure. If only they offered replacement springs and pump seals I would still be using it for another year. They need to make those available due to that. I cannot recommend anybody to buy this if they’re gonna be using it every day if it’s only occasional use, you’ll probably get a lifetime out of it.

Easy to use
I use this in my green house. Extremely easy to use and the plants seem to like it

Been using this for years.
Okay, I haven't exactly been using the same one for years. After about a year and a half, I end up with water mineral buildup in the joints and sprayer and I can't get the same fine mist or get drippiness. It's a wear item. HOWEVER, this is the most awesome sprayer they make. I've tried others and they always seem too cheap or just don't work for me. I use it for water only to mist my reptile cages. I don't know how durable it would be if you used it for chemicals since I never have. I do know that I'll keep buying them as long as they keep making them.

Stopped working after 1 use
I was so excited to have a sprayer large enough to water all of my plants without needing to refill multiple times. The first use went well but within a week, I went to use it again and it doesn’t work. The sprayer is no longer operational and is now leaking. I’ve followed all of the directions and everything is so tightened according to the instructions; it’s just poorly made I guess. I ordered a replacement and will return this one— hopefully it’s a fluke and the replacement will be better.

Good quality handle.
Have had others that did not lock the handle and come loose when you pick them up.. This one has a BIG lock ears on it.. and the strap when shortened made a very good handle.. Works great

Cheap plastic sprayer wand clogs easily and is hard to adjust.
Meh.

Bought it to water my indoor garden. Worked very well for the first 6 weeks. Now though, the seals on the pump leak so it doesn't hold as much pressure, and the funnel part fills with water if I leave it sitting pressurized for 10-20 minutes. I will try to return/exchange. If not, I think I'll upgrade to a high quality metal sprayer from Chapin.
