Good Product
I like to get some vitamin C on a daily basis. Between this and my daily vitamin, I get about 1000 mg a day. The Zinc is a bonus to help fend off the common cold and other minor ailments. Echinacea has been used for centuries for various issues such as infections and inflammation, so I figure that it can't hurt.

a powerhouse of ingredents
was pleasantly pleased with this product since it contained some of the main building blocks to aid in immunity against viruses zinc, vit c and echinae. all know to boost a persons immunity system. ne4edles to say i was happy. i had been trying to get my wife to take this combination of supplements, but she resists because it would involve taking multiple pills. she is now taking this daily with me. as always consult your health care provider and do your research first.

This works!
I'm on my 2nd bottle. I had my daughter start taking it too and she's been feeling good and has not gotten sick. They're pretty big and solid, so if you can't handle swallowing, these might be hard to but for the health benefits just do it.

Required amount of zinc and vitamin C in one tablet. I take these to boost my immunity against Corona viruses. Tablet somewhat large but still easy to swallow.

I do not like to provide reviews to supplements. I have selected it because many people are buying it. My wife and I are taking it and until now, we have no issues. I will know once we do blood work or my until my kidneys or liver drop in the floor. LOL The idea that a supplement helps, it is enough for me. I read that others are not as good as this one so. I will keep reading and whoever is selling the most trusted, I will buy it.

Has ingredients that are not good for you!
I bought this supplement and realized afterwards that it has several ingredients that are not good for you. Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
