I have used this for a couple of months now and very happy with this product. I use to have the one that use to take those button batteries and it was annoying to have to change out all the time after the battery died. With this one, all you have to do is plug it into your phone which is awesome! Sure you have to carry your phone on you all the time but don't most people do anyway? So happy with this that both my fiancé and I are using this now to whiten our teeth. Very happy!

If you use it with whitening stripes (doesnt matter what kind) it speeds it up so much faster and much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend using toothpaste for sensitivity bc it really does help. Senseydone(or however you spell it lol) works great. I use the one with extra whitening. I would recommend using the toothpaste a couple times before you use the stripes and brightner together. Definitely worth it!!!

I've used this dozens, if not hundreds of times so far, and I couldn't be happier with the general reliability and results -- albeit, I'm using this light with Snow's whitening products because the SDC light was a less expensive alternative. To some extent though, it seems that you get what you pay for; within the first two or three uses, the lightning adaptor broke. As an iPhone user, this was a bit of an obstacle, but I adapted by using it with a Micro USB compatible portable power bank. I'm not sure if the same durability concerns would extend to the USB-C adaptor or not, but I suspect that they would. Overall, if you're firmly entrenched in Apple's ecosystem, you may want to search for another option. But if you have a powering solution that's compatible with the native Micro USB, you should have no issues. I've had the light for around six or seven months, and it's still going strong after approximately a hundred uses (or more).

I plug this into my phone, start a timer, put it in my pocket, and am able to get chores done. Easy way to whiten my teeth. To note, you do need to have the whitening pens to use with this.

Enjoyed this product and it was working well, but it recently started malfunctioning after just one month. It turns on and then turns off within 10 seconds and there's no real way to trouble shoot it. It's disappointing since it's out of the window of return.

Love it and it is very convenient to use when you on your way to work or anywhere else. It really works.

Initially I had the whitening gel and cheaped out with a cheaper activating light. I didn’t feel it was helpful at all so I finally caved and bought the original for the whitening gel. Have used it a few days and can confirm it really does make a difference. I think due to the wattage being higher maybe. I will say do not leave on more than 5 mins, I had some tooth sensitivity when I forgot to check the time and left it on a bit longer.

The product came with an older Nokia charger not the iPhone or Android charger promised. Apparently according to Smile Direct, it should be sold with an adapter to fit all modern phones. Was not the case here had to track down the correct charger myself. Didn’t realise until weeks later so could not send back. Be aware when buying.
