For weeks I've struggled with a knot deep in my hamstring, unable to get to it because of its location. Foam rollers were too wide, and couldn't get in deep enough, and my hands quickly tired, because I was having to pull up against gravity to massage the knot. I've finally been able to get to the knot with the help of this ball, it's been such a relief! Would highly recommend for knots in hard-to-reach places. It's about 6cm in diameter, fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It's solid, but the surface is slightly soft, which is very comfortable for massaging.

My husband uses this for physio purposes to ease pain in his shoulder blades. He says it’s great and by far the best he’s used, beating a tennis ball, cricket ball and dog toy ball.

I've had this for a few months now, and use it nearly every day with a shoulder injury. The price was great vs other brands and the quality is more than good enough for use as a massage ball.

I do think it has helped my golfers elbow. Infact I forget to use it now because I am in less discomfort. However you might be able to find a cheaper solid rubber ball.

This ball will be suitable for some people who need a small hard ball as big as a tennis ball. Unfortunately it was an unsuitable size and too hard for my husband's physio needs. Apart from that it arrived quickly and in good condition.

凝ってるところにピンポイントで入って、血流が上がる感じがしてとても良かった。ボールも、想像していた通り、柔らかすぎず、硬すぎず、ツボを推せる感じ。2つ買ったのも思ったよりよく、右と左の肩甲骨あたりから揺らして行って、だんだんと下の方までマッサージして、最後にお尻も左右同時にゆっくりマッサージできて、終わる頃には身体がふうっと緊張からほぐれて軽くなるのを感じる。 お友達にも勧めたくなるくらい良かった！
