This stuff is honestly awesome. I originally bought it after getting on a cleaning kick trying to maintain our AC vents and HVAC system. To my horror, I found mold and buildup even though we regularly change our filters. We also had a mildew smell in our hallway near the ceiling unit and attic door, especially with foot traffic coming in and out. Before this, I tried a couple of hypochlorous acid cleaners. They were okay and made things feel a little cleaner, but I never saw a real difference or got the results I wanted. I was mainly trying to freshen the hallway and clean up the air from that funky HVAC smell, and this product actually did it. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I sprayed it into the HVAC duct with the AC off and fan running, and I could tell a difference almost right away. The air felt cleaner and the smell was finally gone. The spray bottle is also a powerhouse and works almost like a manual fogger, which helps it spread really well. I’ve now used it on air, carpet, and both porous and non-porous surfaces. There’s basically no scent, but everything just feels clean afterward. I’ve even started tackling dusty areas I used to avoid, and I don’t notice dust flying everywhere or my allergies acting up like usual. It just works. If you’re dealing with odors or HVAC issues and want your home to actually feel clean, this is 100% worth it.

I'm IICRC triple certified. I know that you're supposed to remove carpet and not clean it when it has urine on it, I know, that cat pee soaks through into the subfloor, and even if you clean it, it still smells, and there are still crystals, and the cats can still smell it and mark it again and again. Okay, it's my house, and I have cream carpets. I didn't buy them, but they were here when I moved in. The cat found a spot and peed. I cleaned it, he peed again. I used peroxide, it did a great job cleaning, he peed again. I used odoban, it did a great job removing the smell, he peed again. I would need to remove the carpet and the pad, and probably seal the subfloor if it has gotten that far. (hasn't yet, I peeled it up and looked, thank goodness for pet pad!) But this stuff? It's like liquid H2O2 and it did a fantastic job oxidizing the stink, without leaving a large bleach spot. Carpet looks clean, smells clean, and no more cat peeing there, he's back to using his box. I haven't got a clue what else I might need it on, but with two dogs and a cat, you can bet I'm going to make sure I have this in my cupboard, it's SHELF STABLE WHAT???

This spray has been an absolute LIFESAVER for the aftermath of a mold infestation in our apartment! My husband used it on a jacket that had grown mold and threw it in the washer after and all of the mold seems to be gone (and it didn't stain like bleach). I used it on a wooden shelf that had some recurring mold growth problems, and although I didn't expect it to work on porous wood, the mold hasn't come back!

Very good quality, useful, and presentable product

On the day it came, I used it to clean my kitchen and bathrooms. Living in a high-humidity area, the bathroom on the shady side of the house grows mild like crazy and the drains stink! I’ve tried everything, including bleaching. Vital Oxide is a game-changer. Mold = gone Stink = kerpow! Rug smells a bit funky = busted Pricy? Yes Worth every penny? Yes 👏

I bought it for mold & it work better than others used. I have used it on everything but leather & it worked well. On walls just spray & wipe. Bathrooms... no problem with it at all. Price is a bit out of line here. Drug stores sell this.

It worked as described. Good product.

This product was recommended to me by a cleaner friend so I tried it out for my pet stains and wasn't super impressed. Doesn't address the odor and I prefer another product for stain removal. Not horrible, just not my favorite.
