Delicious at a good price
I use this tofu for making seitan and it is delicious. The fact that this is shelf stable is awesome as I always have some in the pantry when I need it.

The tofu may have been good but the shopping wasn’t secure

Came in hot, all soggy and not whole. Tried to ref-ridge it but just clumped out falling apart.

Utterly useless.
When I got the Tofu I followed the instructions that said no refrigeration until opened, only to go get it and start prep for the recipe and it was awful. Smelling, slimy, and falling apart. Will not buy again.
