Epilepsy and Pregnancy
I got pregnant and have epilepsy. I wanted a higher dose folic acid pill, but was hard to find. I like how they are easy to swallow, and have no after taste. So far baby is growing quickly and very healthy!

I love clean ingredientes
It is very difficult to find supplements with clean ingredients. Bioinnovations Pharmacal Folic Acid has clean ingredients and the strength that I need, I need to take 5 mg and it is difficult to find. Most of the time I'm force to buy 800 mcg and take 6 pills per day. I love that I only need to take one capsule and it doesn't have ingredients that are not good for me.

Couldn’t buy this strength at the pharmacy so I checked out the company who produce these and saw they were decent. My nurse recommended this strength for my needs. Working well for me.

I buy over the counter supplements on the advice of my GP. I find these excellent value for money, packed well(no large bottles half full of product) and easy to swallow.

Bought these for my husband when his own supplies were late from the online pharmacy. He's a diabetic who takes metaformin (do research and don't blindly believe the hype). This useless (in my opinion) drug leaches B12 and folic acid so patients like him need the supplement at the 5mg strength and they need to have B12 levels blood testing frequently. The best form of folic acid is a folate - MTNF methyl tetra hydro folate. This product is GMO free (good) and adheres to GMP protocol which is a recognised industry standard in the USA/Canada, in other words... third party authentication (also good). There are no chemical binders included and the capsule is plant based. It does not mention MTNF on the label. For that reason only, I'm giving it 4 stars.
