Dash Mini Maker Griddle, 4 Inch Nonstick Cooking Surface, Aqua

I purchased this Dash Mini Maker Griddle because I wanted something quick and simple for making smaller breakfast items without having to pull out a large skillet or griddle. It’s surprisingly useful for such a compact little appliance and doesn’t take up much counter or cabinet space. It heats up quickly, and the nonstick cooking surface makes it easy to prepare pancakes, eggs, and other small breakfast foods. I especially like it when I’m only making something for one person and don’t want to use a full-size appliance. The portion size is also nice for making consistently sized pancakes. Cleanup is one of the biggest advantages for me. As long as I don’t overfill it, there really isn’t much mess, and the nonstick surface wipes clean easily after it cools down. The small size also makes it convenient to store when I’m finished. This obviously isn’t meant for cooking a large family breakfast all at once, but that isn’t why I bought it. For quick individual portions, it does exactly what I need. Overall, the Dash Mini Maker Griddle is a handy little appliance that’s inexpensive, easy to use, and convenient for quick meals. It would also be great for a dorm, RV, apartment, or anywhere kitchen space is limited. I’ve been very happy with it and would definitely purchase it again.

I already owned the mini waffle maker and loved it so getting the mini griddle was a no brainer! It's perfect for prepareing pancakes (and pre-prepping them too) mini omelets and a simple fried egg with the not so runny yolk. LOVE IT!

I love cooking small things in this. It’s great for portion control or when you don’t want to heat up and mess up a larger skillet or air fryer with greasy or messy foods. It perfectly fits six little chicken nuggets, a few tater tots or smashed potatoes, or exactly one chicken thigh. Both cook perfectly. Easy cleanup too. Word of caution: Both plates get super-hot and you must resist the urge to touch them or move them with your hands once you’ve plugged it in. I’ve learned my lesson on that one. Always use a tong or fork to move the food. Pro Tip: Put a plate or paper bag underneath the unit if you’re cooking something greasy as cleanup/splatter after cooking will be much easier. I clean by wiping down cooking surface (once it cools a little) a damp paper towel.

So good! This little mini griddle works great! It heats evenly. It's space saving size and convenience allows for many things. It has non-stick cooking surface with makes food removal and cleaning very easy. There is an indicator light that let's you know when this griddle is ready and to start cooking. This cooks both sides at once. So, there's no messy flipping. This is great for making perfectly round eggs for waffle and egg sandwiches, perfect little pancakes. The plates on this particular griddle are not removable and the unit is not to be placed in water, but it's very easy to clean despite this. I'm so glad we got this griddle! This was the best price for this item compared to local stores and other websites at the time. So great price as well. If looking for a mini griddle, I do recommend this one. It's come in very handy!

I have had the waffle maker for years & adore it. This pancake maker creates nice pancake top but bottom is puffy & weird. I make my own pancake flour mix from NT Times Cookbook so it's great. Never misses. But almost donated this - hard to find stove top griddles without the non-stick surface - don't like microplastics with my maple syrup. Skip this one.

Ya tenía la que hace waffles y pensé en esta opción para hacer cosas súper rápidas como huevos o quesadillas. La he estado probando con más cosas como tortitas de papás o atún. Es buenísima. Se calienta súper pronto, no se pega nada. Es genial. Me gusta mucho y me ayuda bastante para agilizar el día a día y mantener la comida estética. La recomiendo.

Does not come with a UK plug ...... Pointless purchase

This is a handy little cooker! I made a fried egg to put on an English muffin first, very quick and easy. I'm not sure if this will hold two eggs, that might overflow it especially if they are large or extra large eggs. After that I tried a modified version of the potato pancake recipe that came in the recipe book provided. My recipe became: One medium russet potato, shredded. One small onion, diced. One egg. A spoonful of bread crumbs (I'm out of flour), salt, pepper, chili powder. Mixed it all up and cooked it on this. Worked great! Well browned on both sides, cooked in just a few minutes. The non-stick coating is non-stick - I only wipe it with oil when I clean it. I also confirmed it only uses 350 watts. So it would be possible to run this on a battery box (jackery or ecoflow for example), or even on a power inverter in a car or RV. It does get fairly hot though, so you'll probably want to run it on something that won't easily burn -- like a counter or tray.
