Definitely works didn’t work for me in 30 mins more like an hour or 2 but when you feel your stomach grumble you better find a toilet quick. And the gummies taste fine.

If you’re traveling, I’d recommend starting with a single chew earlier — maybe even on your flight — to give your body time to adjust.When they did start working, the effect was intense but effective. I probably overdid it by taking the full dosage at once since I didn’t feel anything initially. Lesson learned — start slow.Overall, these definitely do the job, just not as quickly or gently as I expected. I’d give them 4 stars for reliability but caution anyone to plan ahead timing-wise. Personally, I’ll still keep them on hand for emergencies, but I’ll stick to my usual coffee and abdominal massage routine first next time.

It works. Within 2 hours!! I took 3 chews. It wasn't too extreme but I knew I had to go! ... finally. I am shocked it worked so fast. The chews taste good too.Today, 8/31 I took 2 chews and it worked in about 2 hours again. You better stay home when you take this medication. It worked fast for me and well. I recommend 2 chews. 4 would have been way too much for me. 3 chews was a bit much. I am sticking with these! It works!

It works but nowhere even close to 30 minutes. The taste is not great but not terrible. It’s tolerable. It does work gentle just not quickly .

Works so well for constipation. I absolutely love taking these at the first sign of constipation. Not only do they taste amazing, but they work wonders. Within a day I use the restroom and feel so much better. Excellent product!

Some laxatives are very hard on your intestines and you wind up in the morning with severe cramping even though they always say gentle overnight relief. I don't get that with these and will use these from now on. I wonder why they can't do that with a pill so I don't have to chew it cuz it is sweet like candy.
