It works great. It is well made and precision cut. It might be a hair thinner than the original Dell plate but I don't think this causes inestability. My monitor stays still while I hammer my keyboard. I only experience some flex or wiggle while adjusting the monitor into position and for this I blame Dell for their design of holding the monitor on the bottom instead of going for the VESA four point base. Overall just happy this exists I can finally use my monitor with an adjustable mount.

Worked like a charm! Install was simple, Didn't read directions, so I put it on backwards the first time, but I didn't screw it down all the way so it was an easy fix. Solid construction would buy from seller again if I needed another bracket.

Excellent product overall and well crafted! It fits the monitor very well and has enabled me to use an old mounting arm that I had with my monitor without having to buy a new one. My only gripe is that my 27 in. monitor is a bit heavy and it tended to droop a little bit which worried me (which is more aimed at the monitor's mounting hardware, not this), but once I found the sweet spot it's perfectly fine! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect fit. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the monitor is kind of wobbly, though that is more a result of the monitor's limitations and lack of a proper VESA mount and not really the fault of this bracket. Once it's in position, this works just fine and holds everything in place well, it just doesn't feel as sturdy as a true VESA mount. But given your options for mounting these particular Dell monitors, this bracket is a great choice.

This adapter bracket is perfect. It's light weight and well made. The bracket installed instantly to my Dell ST2420L monitor and desk mounting arm. I was able to re-purpose an old monitor and make working from home a little more pleasant. I highly recommend this bracket.

I purchased this item so that I could mount an older dell monitor that I already had on hand to a two-armed VESA mount I for work. The item arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Swapping out the old monitor stand with the VESA adapter was quick and easy. Mounted to the two-arm mount without any issue. Works great.

Great product, I used it to add a VESA mount to an HP monitor that did not come with the standard square flange for mounting to a monitor stand. There's a bit of "bounce" to it, but that's more down to HP's crap design than the adaptor. The adaptor is nice, precisely cut, with nicely formed, folded and riveted bracing.

A very solid piece of metal, accurate Vesa mounting holes. Problem is that for my ST2420L the bracket did not "snap" into the monitor. It holds the monitor up but doesn't click into the slot the way the OEM stand did. When upright this isn't a problem with the mount disconnecting from the monitor, but it's rather wobbly as a result.
