AIRCARE 1043 Replacement Space Saver Wick (1)

This replacement wick fit my AIRCARE humidifier perfectly and was quick to install. Within a short time of replacing the old filter, I noticed better moisture output and the humidifier was running much more efficiently. The wick appears to be well made and does a good job absorbing water evenly, helping maintain comfortable humidity levels throughout the room. It also seems durable and has held up well with regular use when following the recommended cleaning and maintenance routine. If your AIRCARE humidifier isn't performing like it used to, replacing the wick makes a noticeable difference. This is a quality replacement filter that fits well, works as expected, and is well worth the purchase.

I have an airecare humidifier and these are obviously the right choice for a replacement. I tried a knock off brand and they fell apart. I will continue to purchase these as they work great.

wish they would come with the frame. The frames are so flimsy.

What can I say, if you need them you need them; they work fine, it is quiet in my system, the fit was right, there is no option for mold and contributes to adding moisture to the space; They fit comfortably in the unit and the price point is less than the brand model however working just the same. Do your research before paying these companies top dollar when alternative brands work just as well.

Was a great price for these filters

Fits and works well. I use it for the full season which in Virginia is about 3 months. I fill with about a gallon a day and use the recommended bacteriostat.

Good moisture wicking material and durable. It works better when you flip it in the humidifier on a regular basis.

At the time, Amazon had the best price but this year I found them for under $20 at Home Depot ($30 at Lowes, $54 on Amazon) so shop around. These are the factory brand filter - they work great and one lasted two years (forgot to change it at end of season like I usually do). And CN stands for CANADA - they are the exact filter as 1043 according to Essick, only sold in Canada with the required bilingual box.
