this product changed my life
I didn’t know these things existed for the longest time. I would go to work in the worst of pain, but when I discovered these now I can go out and about and not worry about cramping. They’re so amazing.

Amazing pain relief
This helps me so much during that time of month in keeping my abdominal area warm and soothing my cramps. I do wish the adhesive was a bit stronger though, if I wear it overnight ; by morning it’s already loose :/

These relieve really persistent cramps
I have loved these for years and was having trouble finding them. These cut to the hear of menstrual cramps every time. It's nice not to have to wash down quite so much ibuprofen.
