Practical Book
As described. Item arrived in perfect condition, wrapped in plastic film for extra protection. No damages or creased pages. The book itself is very interesting and handy, especially if you just introducing yourself with the ins and outs of HACCP in your business. Would definitely recommend.

Would not manage without this book
I have used this book many time throughout my study on loan from the university. This book is a must have for anyone studying food safety, attending HACCP courses or implementing HACCP systems for the first time. I have now even purchased a copy I would not be without it.

HACCP isn't something anyone enjoys I don't think, but it's a necessity. This book helps in understanding and writing the required reports etc

The HACCP book has the wrong content and information inside and totally unrelated to HACCP. It is very misleading and this has to be investigated. Don’t be fooled.
