Look at your valve.
Fit on the gas tank for my generator (General 4000EXL) however, the nipple is on the wrong side. Does not effect functionality.

Used on a Champion 3000 generator. Fit but could not get a good seal. Bought a cheaper one without the strainer function and does not leak.
