Great for my purpose

Appearance seemed to be lighter than expected but sure puts out a heck of a lot of light, adjustable easily, and fan cooled. This product is a lot better than most of the lights I've bought over the years and a lot cheaper. I'm going to get more of these I bought 4 and they are awesome 👍😎 Great job guys!!!

Great starter You will want a bigger one

product arrived quickly and was as described but vegation side has failed after 3 months of use at 9 hours a day. Should have lasted alot longer since its led but past return window. Still usable for flowering function. UPDATE : The company reached out to me and replaced light free of charge. Changed my 2 star review to a 5 star based on just customer service. These guys are fantastic and I have never been treated better by a seller.

Not happy, I have a small green house. I was hoping I could hang it from the top part of the roof. It keeps sliding and hangs way too low. The company should give you different sizes of wire to hang your situation. It doesn’t work for my greenhouse. The light itself flickers of and on and finally died after a few days. Though the retailer did refund my money. I would still give them five stars for resolving the issue by reaching out and giving me a refund.

This company has shown me that they are very willing to take responsability and work hard to keep their customers happy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a problem with what I ordered and I was quite unhappy and wrote what was definitely a negative review. However, without me asking them, the company apparently saw my review and reached out to me and offered to make accomodations. I had not even contacted them, but they contacted me and offered to refund my money for two of these that I had purchased. I was shocked because no one has ever offered to do that before, just based on an unhappy review. They didn't need to do that, because I had NOT complained to them or to Amazon and had NOT asked for my money back. But it was important to them that I was happy, and they were willing to do something about it. Shocking!!! That is great customer service and they have proven that they have committed to serving their customers. As or the light, it is the lowest price light that I have found, that is rated at a 1000 watt light output. It has dual switches for red and blue shades, the light box itself is fully made out of strong material with metal front and back and a ceramic/composite box. It is not flimsy at all and I cannot fault its construction. Nor can I fault the light output, especially considering the price, and the plants in my greenhouse are happy with it. Unlike more expensive models, this model DOES NOT have an internal cooling fan, and with the protective clear plastic shield over the face, and no internal fan, I was definitely afraid that it might overheat, but it has not done so at all, even when my greenhouse itself reached 105 degrees! (Yes, I had problems with the ventilation in my greenhouse, but that didn't affect the light at all and it continued to function without excessive heat output). I think that one reason it really does not overheat at all is because it has extra vents on the side, as you can see from the picture. Many of the other grow lights that have built-in fans do not have vents on the side since that would change the air flow with the fan. So this works. All in all, I am very happy with them and I would definitely consider buying from them again.

It is not 1,000W by the way. Very misinformed.
