This thing is great. First off, you get quite a bit for the price. 3 balls, extra elastic, extra clips, storage bag, and it even comes in a nice box. This thing is a lot of fun, and also a very good low intensity workout. You can increase the intensity by using the more difficult balls, moving around, moving your head, etc. although this will take some practice. It's also very useful for improving hand eye coordination. I'm using it to improve my left hand functionality, as I'm a righty, and my left hand can't do anything, except maybe open a door.

I have owned this product for a couple of months now. I do about 8 sets of ten minutes per day and burn approximately 600 calories. It works great and is a fun workout. I would highly recommend. After heavy use I do need to find out if I can order additional string for the green ball.

I think this one is worth trying if you'd like something to add a little fun and variety to your workout. Helps with hand-eye coordination. It's thoroughly affordable, easy to assemble and store, lightweight and allows you to progress by including three different balls for slightly different skill levels. It fits easily around the forehead, but I dropped the score for comfort because using it takes some care: not so much from the balls, but from the string, which I've had snap me in the eye a few times. I started wearing safety glasses to cover my eyes, and that helps: now the string snaps the glasses instead of my eyes. My wife saw me practicing that way and nearly fell down laughing: she said I looked about as nerdy as it's possible for a person to look. She's right, of course, but at my age looking nerdy is the least of my problems. If you've thought about getting more sophisticated reflex bad/ball, this device offers a means to test the idea to see if you like the process before you invest in a larger and much more expensive gadget. Lots of people like the larger models better if you have room and money for them. Mainly, I'd say that if you get this one for children's use especially (think Ralphie), make sure they wear eye protection.

This is a fun game to play by yourself. I gave it to a 13 year old boy….he says it is fun!

The concept is good and videos make it look like it would be fun, but I bought 2 of these as gifts and it was flimsy and very hard to do. Doubt if they will ever use them.

We have become huge fans of this alleged training tool. In all honesty, it’s an unexpected party game at our house. Everyone who comes by feels the need to stop and play. It’s not hard to get a couple of bops in, but hit it too hard, and it hits back. While I originally bought it for reflex exercise, it’s turned out to be our favorite drinking game. Nothing is more hilarious than a bunch of drunks trying to hit a ball like they’re manic ally cats. We haven’t moved up balls yet because we enjoy having teeth and over punching this bad boy brings a big whap in the face immediately afterwards (unless you’re agile enough to block or dodge, but it’s connected to your head, so good luck with that). Our neighbors loved it so much, they got one for themselves. I’m sure it’s also great for its intended use, but it’s also one of the best toys for grownish people.

The Boxbollen wasn’t gonna come in time and This got better reviews than the original Boxbollen so I gave it a try. Works good for us.
