This product came as supplied. My 14 year old had stood on his phone, because of course it belongs on the floor. Getting this done in a pop up repair shop would have been double the price of ordering a replacement screen and doing it ourselves. This came with all the parts required... Bar one item, a heat pad. The second step of the instructions (via YouTube) requires you to warm the bottom of the phone slightly to free up the adhesive. You can substitute the apple part used in those videos with a hairdryer... I would use medium heat for slightly longer, rather than high heat to try get it done quickly. After we navigated that hurdle it was all extremely straightforward, it does require a gentle touch though, some of the ribbons inside are delicate. If you have some fine plastic tweezers this would help you no end. The screen is of good quality, the picture is identical, the sensors work without issue and the touch screen is top draw. This is the same quality as an oem replacement screen. Would use this again if my child decides the floor is a good phone storage location.

This is the third time (I have a tendency to be very clumsy!) I have ordered this screen for my iPhone 11 and each time I have been impressed with the overall quality of the screen. I followed instructions online to replace the screen myself and found it to be quite a straightforward process. The kit comes with everything you need other than a hairdryer to melt the previous adhesive. The tools are good quality and mean that it is easy to get the job done. I'm impressed with the screen, it looks great and there is no sign of lag. It is responsive and fits perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

I managed to break the supplied Y000 screwdriver fairly easily, but read that some of these screwdrivers can be unlucky and fail in manufacturing. I bought another one, but if you find yours has broken, it's worth finely sanding it down to regain its structure. Possibly worth investing in a second Y000 screwdriver. The screen is now installed and works perfectly. Will be interesting to see how long it lasts, as the price is very good! Very difficult and fiddly to fit, so would not advise to those who don't usually fiddle. I followed the YouTube guide carefully, however the wires and connectors are super fragile and small, easy to mess up. Also a heads up to anyone using this screen – you get a warning message in settings, that you can't get rid of, telling you it isn't a genuine Apple part. Slightly annoying/distracting when in settings... But it is what it is.

Exactly as described, works really well

Had quite a few problems with this screen. Firstly the packaging is very plain, compared to others on the market that come in sleek packaging and well wrapped this was just a plain brown box with no frills. Not important in the long term but others at the same price come in much better packaging. Screwdrivers are very small and don't have the best magnetisation. I ordered the more expensive version that included the camera, earpiece and home button - No problems with the home button, it worked as expected, no fingerprint recognition as advertised but I knew this and planned on swapping it out. When I installed the screen there was an immediate issue with the phone getting very hot. I cleaned the components with some isopropyl alcohol hoping that this would fix it but no luck. I removed the camera, earpiece etc as a dodgy cable connected to these can cause overheating. After replacing them with the originals the phone still gets hot quickly and the battery gets drained. I shouldn't have bothered buying the more expensive version as I ended up swapping out all the components anyway. The main problem is that the screen doesn't fit into place, along the sides there is a gap and the screen 'bounces out' you can easily get underneath it even with all the screws in place. It'd be very dangerous to use this in the rain where water would easily get inside. The colour pallet is not too bad and quite similar to an original however the screen is very dark, tried to play Pokemon in the sun and even with the brightness turned all the way up it is difficult to see clearly. I would not recommend this screen, you might as well just save your money and buy the cheapest you can find as it would be comparable to this.

Wow, the most professional screen purchase I've had. The kit had a great feel, the tools were excellent, the instructions were so straight forward and easy to follow.

Failed 3 months after installing screen in an iPhone 11, replaced this new with the old screen that was failing but intermittently and that worked enough to confirm it was the new screen at fault. Tried contacting supplier via their website linked from Amazon, no reply after 4 days, although website said they expect a response in 12 hours. **Updated - The supplier eventually refunded 2 weeks later, all of this had to be done via an independent website not Amazon, slow but resolved eventually

Still not received tool kit for screen replacement

But it has bad viewing angles if I am just typing and if it look at tye top of my iPhone it’s dark up there but if I tilt the display it’s looks fine I do not understand why this display had so may good reviews it’s not even close to the original And the resolution looks ok but it’s blurry I don’t k is why if it’s the display or my phone but I think it’s the display. Also it has a dead pixel in the middle of the screen It not noticeable so I am just ignoring it but it’s a dead pixel that’s white so it’s not noticeable It’s only noticeable on a black picture. And they did not give me anything else I only got the display : No tools No seal No screen protector Good thing was I have my own tools I already replacers 2 displays on different iPhones so I had my own tools and btw I bought a Ali express display on those iPhones those displays were more expensive but they were so good. But True Tone works somehow I am running IOS 18.3 It does say that I have a unknown display but all the features works Btw the brightness it’s not that high compared to the original but this is a cheep display so I don’t care about the brightness that much AND the borders are uneven the bottom bar is thick I don’t like that. I have asked the seller if they can send me the missing things. I got no reply yet, it has been 3 days Update THE DISPLAY IS DEAD IT GOT WATER DAMMAGED BY ME Sneezing on my phone LIKE WHATT ITS TOO LATE FOR RETURN AND I ASKED SELLR FOR THE MISSING ITEMS AND IT HAS BEEN A MONTH OR 2 and still no REPLY THIS IS A BAD DISPLAY DO NOR BUY

After fitting this screen last night I was disappointed at the poor quality of the screen. The backlight has only partial coverage which should have been picked up in quality testing.
