Perfect for regular flow days! I like how light these feel, the foam pad is way more comfortable than the older, thicker pads. I would recommend these!

Clean, comfortable cotton- stays in place
We really appreciate the high quality and absorbency of Always cotton pads. I became allergic to all other non-cotton pads about 10 years ago. No one needs a rash there! My female family members only use Always cotton because they are comfortable, clean and don't bunch up. We use all the sizes between all our different needs

A good product
These are the best, at first it seemed like they might be too thin, but amazingly they work great. A big positive too is that they are fully cotton and do not have the cancer causing chemicals that most pads contain.

No irritation
Love that this is fragrance free. Soft, non irritating which is a game changer after having kids. Only con is that the cotton seems to disintegrate a little

Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical at first because these are thin and the packaging said they were for heavy flow. However, they do a GREAT job with absorbing. My periods can be gross and heavy, and I have tried many products. These do a great job.
