Very easy to install item to install. Box came undamaged and fast delivery. Lights on it are amazing. Love the logs and glass rocks! Very nice touch!!! Only downsides I can think of: The remote control is a little too simple. You have to long press the color button to change the colors. When you just want to view the flames, you have to turn the heater off after you power on the unit. There is a low hum to it every 3-5 seconds. But since we have it installed in our media room. You never hear it when the TV is turned on. Item is well worth the price and a very nice unit. I would purchase this item again and would recommend.

I built a fireplace with bookshelves on both sides and used this electric fireplace in the middle. Very easy to add 2x4's around the insert with the dimensions given and you simply plug it in. There's a glass front to simply attach and put the fake fire logs in the front and you're ready to go. The fireplace is very warm and has controls to adjust the temp. It gets pretty toasty and we have it in a large area! Great buy!!

I build a fireplace and was looking for an electric fireplace insert that was close to realistic bad it could be. This one is perfect. It puts out great heat. Remote does it all. Hold down the fire button to change colors. Took a while to figure that out lol. Perfect and the price for the size is too good to pass up.v

This fireplace is pretty fantastic, especially for the price! It’s beautiful, easy to install, & easy to use. If I were to have anything negative to say it’d be the remote is pretty crappy lol but I guess anything fancy is not required. We love this addition to our new DIY built in entertainment center :)

Our attic has a great space that we've always daydreamed about turning into a family space. I decided that we needed to get some additional heat if we were planning to use the space in the colder months. I decided on a simple fireplace design and then set off to choose an insert. This was one of very few that the display actually fades away after a few seconds! I didn't want an insert where the display was on all the time. I wanted a display to help navigate through the settings though. I also didn't see it necessary to purchase an insert that had a bazillion different color options. I'm pretty set on the realistic orange, so why pay extra for features I don't want to use? This puts out some heat! We had a movie night the other night and the kids asked to turn the heat off! The flames can operate without the heat to continue to provide ambiance. Long story short: Get this fireplace - it's very cheap and has the most realistic-looking flames! We're very pleased and always look forward to using our new family space now!

This fireplace was very easy to install, and looks great. However, it does not turn on by default when plugged into a smart plug. You still need to use the remote to turn it on. Basically, it cannot be controlled remotely by Alexa.

This is a beautiful electric fireplace! It does have heat and it’s perfect, I live in Texas so it’s not cold but it’s really nice for my downstairs area when the house is cold downstairs but too warm upstairs with the heat. It’s beautiful to have and as realistic as a fake fire can look. Great buy! Would definitely purchase again.

Easy to install for two newbies! We anchored to the frame of the fireplace we built with ease. The sticks were a pain in the butt to get right but that wasn’t a fault of the product. It’s very beautiful and our kids love the different colors. Love our cozy living room!
