We have 3 dogs and a small potty space on faux turf. It can get really stinky quickly in this hot FL heat and humidity. I have tried every "destinker" out there. This was more expensive than most. You get what you pay for! This is the bomdigity!!! I spray this odor eliminator and this is hands down the very best you can get. It makes my space smell good and for a long time. Easy to use, smells fresh and clean and I only have to use it 1/2 as often as any other spray or pellet.

I have a small area of artificial turf that my 40lb female Aussie uses for all her potty needs. I changed out the old turf after being advised not to have a weed sheet underneath as it acts like a diaper, so I replaced the turf sans the weed protector. Well shortly after it began to smell again. I live in a mobile home park, so we are all close together and it's not fair for my neighbors to have to smell my dogs urine odor. I tried numerous products all to no avail. I was just getting ready to rip out the turf once again and replace it with??? when I came across this product and thought, what the hec, I have nothing to lose! Well this product was a miracle worker, so easy to use compared to the other stuff I tried. I have only used it a couple of times, but it smells like heaven and it WORKS! Summer heat is upon us and NO odor! Please never discontinue this miracle product! Lifelong customer here!

My 2 Maltese are indoor potty trained so I have used this product inside. Like any product, it is important to read the directions and follow them for best results. I tried it because I needed a substitute for treating the holding “tank” and the turf substitute, which was slowly but surely taking on a permanent smell. The review below by J.D. (Piddle Place User Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2023) persuaded me to try it. I used his process for cleaning and treating our Piddle Place and had the same results as J.D. In fact, I printed out his review to keep for directions how to use it with Piddle Place. I have also found it works better than any other product I have tried on soiled bedding or cloths used to clean up accidents or marking and permanent pads used other the artificial turf on a different indoor potty we use in another place in the house. After machine washing, I run a quick wash cycle or rinse only cycle with a cup of the product in the bleach dispenser and the cloths come out smelling remarkably fresh. The results are worth the price.

Seems to work okay.. has a weird perfume odor to it.. doesn't mask all that great for how expensive it is.. Cheaper options work just as well... Simple Green et el

This stuff really works. I needed a product that would remove the pet odor from a patch of turf that my dog had been using as a bathroom for over a year. We would spray intermittently with simple green pet cleaner, but it didn’t seem to do much, and by the time we were moving out, the smell was really strong and we needed it gone. This stuff did the trick. I soaked the area with water beforehand, applied this product liberally, and gave it another light spray of just water. I think doing it in the evening helps so that it stays wet overnight to work, because the enzymes are water-activated. Absolutely worth the money.

This product works great! I have 2 small male dog rescues. They were abused and neglected before coming to me, and while they understand they should relieve themselves outside they don't hold it for more than 4 hours. Rather than have diaper pads dragged around my house, about 5 years ago I trained them to use the Piddle Place - it works great and makes life less stressful for all of us. However, now we are in 2023 and I can no longer find the enzyme cleaners I used to purchase for it. It wasn't a trivial problem - I tried a couple of different cleaners and my boys tried using the living room rug. How I use it: Once a week I soak the turf in a bucket with 8 oz of cleaner to 3 gallons of water for 20 minutes, then rinse well with water and it's good to go. I spray the turf as needed with the dilution recommended on the label and let it dry. I put 1 oz with 7 oz of water into the Piddle Place, adding an ounce of cleaner after heavy use if I'm in a rush (will clean later). No odor - I'm happy and my boys are happy: WIN-WIN!

Smells great, but I can’t get the spray bottle to work. It is so frustrating!
