Bags keep splitting during transit
I love this product because my parrot is quite picky and this food mix matches his taste but unfortunately on two separate occasions the parcel arrives with the bag inside which had split and gone into all the packaging, on the second time which was worse because the packaging had a hole in it which meant the seeds had a place to escape so we were left with 3/4 of a bag. The first time wasn’t an issue because I never lost anything because the seeds were all in the same place but this time it was very irritating. But other than that great product
