Will this repair a rusted out boiler wall, full water contact on one side and high heat from fire on other. Part #1.

this product would not repair a boiler wall. it is actually water based. I use it mostly as a filler for scratched surfaces on heads and engine decks. Personally I would weld the boiler crack

We have an antique car that needs to have a crack sealed in a cast iron exhaust manifold. Which product, 2400 or 653 would be best for that?

653 has to be heat cured at 200 degrees after air curing. 2400 does not need the heat cure if the application temp is above 400.

Can this be used to attach a type k thermocouple to a pcb with a ceramic substate?
