Will this work with Sabrent rocket Q2/Q4 or just with the regular one?

This adapter will allow any PCIe SSD Mac on the compatible list to use a standard 
NVME M.2 PCIe SSD from third party manufacturers, including Sabrent.  However, be aware that the
PCIe 4 Rocket  will not perform at full speed in a Mac as they lack PCIe 4 firmware support.  Also note that this adapter is 
PCIe only and will NOT support Sabrent SATA SSDs even if they are NVME modules.

Will this work on macbook pro mid 2015 retina (11.4) i see 11.3 and 11.5 but not 11.4

Will this work with iMac Retina 2017? (replace the fusion ssd)

If the iMac has a Fusion Drive it consists of a Hard Drive (HD) and a separate 28GB SSD that are merged together with software.  The idea is that you get a noticeable speed boost at start-up, launching apps and running basic stuff like Word, Excel iTunes etc.  A Fusion drive is NOT really suited to apps like Photoshop that write lots of cache and scratch disk data, as the spinning Hard Drive will be far slower.  It's also VERY slow at copying large amounts of data.  However, Fusion drives were a stop-gap as SSD's were expensive.  Now they have dropped in price replacing a Fusion Drive is just a case of removing the HD and small SSD and putting in a suitably sized bigger SSD.  iFixIT.com will have a step-by-step guide I'd recommend as the SSD port is very close to the power supply.  If you originally had just a HD in your iMac the SSD port will not have been installed..
