Spicy, but yummy
I've started cooking a lot more Indian dishes recently, and recently tried making Pav Bhaji Kichdi, and the first time I made it I added two tablespoons, and although the spice was tolerable for me, the rest of my family couldn't handle it. The next time I made it I used one tablespoon and that was a lot more manageable for them. Otherwise, the flavor is great! Just adjust the amount you use according to how much spice you can handle.

I was skeptical when ordering this spice powder since I prefer buying them at grocery stores. My pav bhaaji tasted exactly the way i expected it to be. Would definitely recommend.

My recipe said to use this but garam masala was a good substitute. I’m not sure I would have noticed the difference.

Great for making homemade pav bhaji. I was missing this because of coronavirus closures, so I decided to make it at home. The flavor tastes just like the restaurant.

MDH masalas are hands down the absolute best!! I have been using them for years! no other brand compares. this particular one is great for making mixed vegetable curries.
