Best stuff for cracks in skin. Most creams fail but this does the job. Worth the money.

I am a believer. I have psoriasis, and my hands got so bad with constant hand washing, especially in winter. I’ve struggled for years, and tried so many different creams as well as lotions. I do not want to depend on steroid cream all of the time. I learned about that through a family member, and thought, what do I have to lose other than 30 bucks? After a few days of using this, I am a believer. It has made my hands look 3x better, and I am not in pain from the constant deep cracking. They have all healed, and my hands feel so soft for the first time in a long time. The cream isn’t greasy, or smelly, and to me, that is even better. I highly recommend this product!

I bought into the hype, looking for a unicorn of the hand creams to stop the annual problem of cracked finger tips, which starts around October and lasts until Feb-March. I pretty have used everything in attempts to stop or mitigate cracking and pain, lotions, thick oily diaper rash barriers, nail glue, glue bandaids, ointment and band aids. etc. I didn't find it at the same level as many of the reviewers, but it seems to have helped the issue. The cream does keep hands very soft, especially when used after every time my hands are wet, and it seems to have reduced the problem on the most part (devil's advocate though - perhaps it's not such as issue right now as it's not been a frigid, cold or snowy winter). The cream is very thick and goopy, try not to use to much, but soon seems to sink in (if not wipe excess on another part of skin). Sometimes there is a slight scent, perhaps from lanolin, mineral oil or waxes, but nothing like the fakey, disgusting overwhelming simulated flowery scent found in many products. I think you almost have to stick your nose in the jar or against your hands to smell it, at least for me, the few times I've smelled anything, which is rare. I may try to buy next time at local Duluth Trading Company (although it tends to be expensive on all products I've seen, except this product is cheaper than on Amazon!), rather than Amazon and to keep the dollars in my community, but I also have to be on that side of town! I only bought this product on Amazon this time as I wanted it as soon as possible to try on my fingertips; it was at a time when they were really hurting from the cracks!

This cream really works on painful cracks. It’s the only cream that my husband uses!

Not sure why my finger tips started cracking, but they did right and so painful. It wasn’t cheap, but it works, and if I use it regularly, it helps I’m no longer in pain and these little cracks in our fingers in the winter which hurts so much are now not an issue for me. Also, it’s an American company and made here so that that’s always good to support.

Love this! It is a necessity for my hands in cold but dry Colorado!
