Great PoE injector, Works great at multi-gig speed!

I've only been able to test this injector at speeds up to 5GbE because that's the speed of my modem's PoE port, however it works flawlessly. I'm using this to power a Verizon 5G Gateway in 'outdoor mode' which utilizes a 5GbE / PoE port on the gateway (note: I'm using this indoors, not outdoors, so no worries about water / moisture here) - it simply works, and my SFP transceiver and modem are both able to negotiate 5Gbps with Cat6 cable either side of this injector. Couldn't be happier! No complaints whatsoever.

Power cuts out often

This worked well for about a month, began just cutting power out causing my AP to shut off and power cycle. Obviously knocking out my network every few hours got pretty annoying. Ofcourse this didn't start till outside my return period.I recommend just buying the 802.3at poe injector from Ubiquiti, its substantially cheaper and has worked reliably (with mgig) for me so far

Many Speeds and Great Price

Worked great right out of the box, nothing at all to think about. The device has great capability for 10 gigabit ethernet PoE and keeps the price low. Using this for Ubiquiti UniFi AP XG.

Good power injector for gigabit and below speeds, but not sure about 10gb, by Procet

The Procet 60 watt 10Gbps power over ethernet injector (PT-PSE104GB-60-10) is made in PRC (china). I have a couple of PoE devices that are 2.5 and 5gb capable that I connect using a Brocade 10gb PoE switch. I wanted to extend the run to 200 meters, and was only able to negotiate a 1 GB connection on the two devices over 200 meters with the Procet injector about 100 meters between the switch and the APs. I tried to go just 100 meters, and still, I was only negotiating 1 GB speeds. I took the Procet out of the mix, and could negotiate 2.5 or 5gb. I think there may be some variance in the 802.3BT implementation that prevents negotiation of the faster speeds while serving power down the Cat8 lines. I did not have any issues with 1GB capable PoE powered devices and the Procet injector.4 stars (with a caution on the higher speeds)

Great! Kind of pointless right now.

With Wifi 7 on the horizon, I expect these will come in favor very quickly for wireless access points sporting the standard. Theoretically, Wifi 6 can get close to 10Gbps, but you have to have devices to take advantage of it (1) and you need optimal conditions to make it feasible (2).That said, this may only be applicable to the most prosumer type of customer and enterprises. Generally, wireless is meant for everyday work and fun and shouldn't be relied upon for serious data transfer where hard lines are going to provide far better stability and performance (think servers, large data moves, high performance applications requiring a ton of bandwidth and availability). But this works flawlessly. While I don't have a 10gbe endpoint to test with, so I don't know how well the performance would be at that speed, I do know that 1gbe worked without issue, with the same performance I get from connecting to my 1gbe PoE switch via a Ubiquiti PoE WAP. 10Gbe devices are coming down in price, but this is still a good value for the money.

I can't figure it out

I have it all hooked up, but I cannot figure out how to get it to work. Not even with instructions. I don't get it

Ehh

For me, this device would not link to my switch at 10GbE. Additionally, my access point complained that it was not receiving enough power. Admittedly, this may not actually be about the power delivered, but about the lack of proper 802.11at "messaging" support."Support not only 10/100/1000Mbps of data speed, but also 2.5G/5G/10G bps transmission rate for Wi-Fi 6 router, protect output against over voltage, over current, short circuit".My switch supports 10GbE. My client device supports up to 5GbE. In my case, the device linked at a gigabit both sides.

This is a high-power PoE for universal applications

Most PoE network products include a low-power PoE adapter. Some PoE can only support 100mb network bandwidth and some can support 1000mb and higher. Some PoE can support lower voltage compared to others. As such, not all PoE adapters are created equal. I use PoE adapter as a temporary backup solution for when one of my PoE adapters goes bad. Because this device supports high power and high network bandwidth, it can support virtually all PoE devices I have on my network. One thing to note is that this PoE adapter is also twice as big as some of the PoE adapters that come with my mesh-network access points.
