Can I get replacement cups?

Dear customers two set included: 16 x balloon & 2 x balloons stand Each stand include:7 x Sticks,7 x Balloon cups,1 x Base （The parts are all in one set）

I received balloons and string but my item is missing the stands.

Same, only a certain amount come with stands

You don't need helium，The balloons has Sticks.

Can you use your own ballon’s with it or do you have to use the ones that y’all send with it?

You can use your own balloons. Some in the kit popped while filling so I replaced them with same sized balloons from a totally different company. After disassembling this kit after the party was done, I am confident you can use it again with balloons purchased at a later date/elsewhere.
