I really like this powder. I ran out for 4 days and really noticed my energy levels flagging. I add some in coffee or tea or water and this is so easy to use. I am used to it, but follow instructions to avoid any side effects. It mixes well, is water soluable and better value for money than some. It can taste a bit bitter in coffee, but I find adding a teaspoon of some salted butter in the morning helps. Can add cream and some cinamon powder. I don't have any side effects. Its great for women and men, we bot need it

good quality. It dissolves into liquid well, even more so added to hot liquid. Good value for money for a supplement that should not cost the earth to find good quality Creatine. I don't buy a flavoured creatine so can't comment. Taking creatine has never upset my stomach. Easy to take comes with a scoop. So overall its great!

Really good product and you don't pay through the roof for it. It mixes well. I'm on my 2nd bag and I will return for more.

Make sure you drink plenty of water.

This is a great creatine powder. Creatine is creatine, however I do find some brands aren't as fine of a powder as this one. Easy to mix, easy to use and great value for money. Doesn't taste like anything so i just chuck it into my morning protein shake. As its.a small amount in a large milkshake I dont even notice the texture. It is truley micronised creatine, serves its function well.

I use this to cheat weigh in, 4 days prior to weigh load and volia about 3 to 5lbs added with water retention, after weigh my metabolism is fast and three days later that water weight is gone. On the other side as creatine sucks water into the muscles so they are ok when training, stop the creatine and my calves hurt as not hydrated properly. This though does stay a little gritty, though good cheap value .
