Lion Premium Grills Searing Burner

Love the searing element of this piece. It allows me to cook our steals perfectly!

See photo. Sear burner probably used less than 10 times per f direct burn. Grill , when not in use, is always closed, under a canopy, cleaned and with a cover. Can’t return, Lion won’t cover under warranty. Don’t buy.

This thing works very well. It is made of high quality materials and built with excellent workmanship. Should last a long time.

Can't really say but I think we'll love it. We haven't got the built in barbecue done yet!

Perfect and just as I expected

Nice addition for quick searing, even though the increased temperature seems marginal. Very disappointing that the unit is not rust proof. Stopped using it after 9 months. Can I return it?

I've had the same problem several reviewers have noted. Within 2 months of use the screen started disintegrating. after about 6 months I simply removed it altogether. It gets hotter than the regular burners, but the adjustments I've made (as per the lion instructions) don't result in a blue flame. No response from Lion customer service on either the screen disintegration nor the adjustment to the burner. I have a Lion grill that I am very happy with. Construction and utility are top notch. Too bad the burner components and customer service don't match the rest of the grill. They have a good product and fill a niche for folks looking for high quality without outrageous cost, but the lack of customer service does not lend to continued loyalty in the future.
