When it says that it contains 2 descaling kits does it mean 2 descaling packets or 2 complete sets of descaling kits?

The packet is the kit. it's 2 packets of liquid descaler. All you need in addition is water and a container to catch the water. Detailed instructions available on the Nespresso site.
