I’ve had the desk assembled for less than a week and the “up” button isn’t working, but the “down” button does. What can be done?

Thanks for posting the response to this. Had the same issue, the desk would not move to up position. Holding the down button for 5 seconds appeared to resolve.

Yes because the table is height adjustable. Also if the chair is height adjustable that would help as well.

Does this constantly draw electricity? If I switched it off once I've set the height, would it remain in position (to save electricity!)?

I have been using this desk for a couple of months. I am pretty sure it does not uses any energy once a position has been choosen.

Are these tables solid ? can they hold 3 monitors stable while moving up and down ? or will they wobble ? and what is the warranty on the product ?

I have thought about this a lot and in different scenarios and my conclusion is that it is mostly the stands themselves and 25% the tables. For example, we have a 27" that is somewhat wobbly on this table but we also have a 24" that does not wobble at all. The table itself is relatively sturdy but of course you will not have the structural support of any side or back walls unless you put it in a position where the back is against the wall and thus any consequent raising and dropping will cause in wall scratches.
