I had taken these gel caps daily several years ago. For some reason, I stopped and didn’t return. Decided to begin taking them again. I originally started taking them to control body odor. Easy to take, no aftertaste, and it works. If you use a natural deodorant (like a crystal salt rock), then you must take these. Typically, the crystal salt rock will last about 10 hours before you have to reapply. I started taking these, and within 3 or 4 days, I noticed that I had no smell (underarms) for 24 hours.

Tried it. It did turn my BM's a little green. I didn't think it gave me more energy or appetite control by any means. I won't purchase it again.

So far so good for an odor control I felt I needed, that unfortunately came with perimenopause. I don’t let them sit in my mouth so I can’t attest to taste, I just swallow them! I am not having any aftertaste. I took one in the mornings for several days, but took 2 today which is the recommended dose. They haven’t caused me any green poo like the other people have said but, that isn’t concerning to me if is to be expected and not going to be a problem to my health. I would just hate if I ended up with digestive discomfort or loose stools. But, since I just increased to 2, if it does, I’ll dial it back to one instead of 2 and edit my review. Edit: one works for me as well as 2. I did see some very green poop with 2. So, I’m going back to one each day.
