Product description A SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) is the living home for all of the healthy bacteria and yeast that transforms your sweet tea into zingy, naturally fizzy kombucha. Each SCOBY is grown to 7cm (3in ) in diameter and includes at least 300ml of starter liquid. It is enough to brew 4 litres of kombucha. To give you the best brewing experience, we use mature starter tea that has been aged for at least 6 weeks. This ensures that your culture is packed full of strong, healthy bacteria and is ready to brew when you are. The live culture also comes with detailed, step-by-step instructions that make it easy to brew your own kombucha. Plus, you’ll have access to email and phone support to help you along the way.
