Broken dispenser
The dispenser arrived broken, no sign of the broken piece inside the package. Seems it was shipped despite being damaged.

Charged me way too much . They are just trying to take advantage of the situation we are in. Not even anti bacterial .

From the ingredients, and my great experience with other Lavera products, I had high hopes for this liquid hand soap (and refills). Unfortunately the bottle I received was dirty, leaking, and EXPIRED! A second label was put on the first label to cover the existing expiration date. As I have very sensitive skin and a ton of allergies, including sodium benzoate, which is almost impossible to avoid, I would still like to try a fresh version of this soap. But I've been having trouble with returning expired items only to receive the same expired item again, so will have to pass on this for now.
