I booked lots of no and never received a old or rotten product. 10-15 % cases received very smaller one other that always received good product and definitely value for money. But now price is very high and i think at this price it's not a value for money option.

Way expensive considering the water content in the coconut. Purchased one yesterday and was excited to see a big coconut in the delivery. But my excitement vanished the moment I cut it open, the water content was just over 200 ml.

Out of the 4 coconuts I bought, 2 were completely spoiled, with a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the water inside. This was quite unexpected, and I was surprised that such poor-quality products were being sold. As a customer, I expect fresh and good-quality produce, and this experience has caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure better quality control. I would also appreciate it if you could advise on how this issue will be addressed or if a replacement/refund can be provided. Looking forward to your response.
