Is there anything I can do with the crystals in the bottle?

Thanks for your question. As far as the sediment that is at the bottom of the E-Lyte bottles, what you are seeing is potassium phosphate that has not been ground down as much as previous batches. This used to be something that was more of a sand like consistency but now the raw material being produced as more of a salt like consistency. Unfortunately, it is creating that natural fallout. I do want to ensure you that you are not receiving less of any mineral as the liquid is what is being tested to make sure it is within the guidelines for being released and if it failed even one of the tests, we would not release it. We are actively working with our manufacturing and production teams as well as raw material distributors to minimize this as much as possible and eliminate the sediment in future batches. The formula of this product has not changed from what you have received in the past.

Does this break a clean fast?

No it won’t break yoir fast. It will help your fast by giving you The electrolytes you need.

Could you add this to squash or a smoothie/juice? Woukd it still work?

Never tried it but dont imagine it would have a negative effect as usually diluted in water.

can it be used for distilled water?

Yes and that what I bought it for. Adding back the goodness of natural water plus it add a nice softness to it. A bit like coconut water.
