Revlon Dramatic Definition Mascara, Black

Finally! A waterproof lengthening mascara that doesn't smudge or flake, and that defines every lash!I used to be devoted to covergirl lashblast length waterproof (the one in the yellow tube). I wore it for YEARS, and it was my favorite. But covergirl made a bad decision and discontinued it a few years ago and I have been searching ever since then for a good replacement. I've tried pretty much all the drugstore brands - loreal, maybelline, even other covergirl formulas, etc. Nothing was as good. Until now.Revlon Dramatic Definition Mascara - Waterproof ticks off all the boxes for things I require in a mascara:- All-day smudge-proof wear - CHECK- All-day flake-free wear - CHECK- Excellent lengthening - CHECK- Defines every lash without clumps - CHECK- Washes off easily in the shower - CHECK- Narrow spiky silicone bristle brush - CHECK (this one is important for me... I am Asian, and big fluffy brushes just do not work for me or my eye-shape. They end up getting mascara all over my eyelids or under my eyes. So I need a brush that is narrow enough for me to "get in there" and coat every lash, without also coating my skin).Long story short - I love this mascara. I hope Revlon never discontinues it!

I really enjoy this mascara. I cannot stand clumps or the spider look, and I love that this is for me. This mascara will separate your lashes and really add length by coloring the lighter tips of your lashes black. I get told I have huge eyes when I wear this, and one lady on the metro even said "Your eyes look like they're melting, they look like giant fly traps" and although I cannot tell you what that means, I was wearing this mascara and she meant it as a compliment so who knows what kind of compliments this will incline strangers to give you, give it a chanceI find that all mascaras aren't good for my eyelash health and this is no different so I put argan, jojoba, or castor oil on my lashes each night in an attempt to restore moisture. It is easy to remove with my micellar water or just in the shower. No real complaints, I will definitely save the brush and buy again.

I have sensitive eyes and can no longer use waterproof mascara. It can be difficult to find mascara that doesn't smudge and run throughout the day. This mascara wears pretty well. It isn't completely smudge proof, but it doesn't smudge nearly as often as most non-waterproof brands, and I rarely have to reapply.The price is right. It doesn't irritate my eyes. It washes off with relative ease. My only complaint...I HATE the tiny brush head on the applicator. I actually replaced the brush with an applicator from a different mascara. The brush it comes with just does not allow me to coat my lashes easily or well. I need a larger/bushier brush to achieve more length and volume.

I have been using this since I first found it at the Walgreens I used to work at 5 years ago. I love how it goes on and doesn't clump. It really makes my lashes look longer. What I didn't like was that I couldn't find it anymore at any store after using it for years. So I'm REALLY glad that I can get it from Amazon and I hope to God that Revlon doesn't discontinue it.

Love this product because the brush separates my lashes and makes it look like I have a lot of them. (My lashes are really sparse.) I combine this mascara with the Revlon All in One. I actually apply the All in One first and then I use this as my second coat to separate any clumps. Hope Revlon does not discontinue this.

PURPLE CAP> Applies so easy; no clumping, flaking, sticking. Lasts well, but washes easily. Brown blk makes me look younger than goth black (makes under eyes look too dark.) Not overly dramatic but dark enough to enhance eyes :){{ Tossed the 'RED CAP version; stilletto or slick or something? Drove me crazy. Had to separate lashes w/ a safety pin. 'Red cap' was soo sticky. Required lots of time to apply. }}

Really excited that I found a new mascara to use! I love the way the plastic feels- it's a matte finish... looks high end! The mascara goes on smooth and doesn't leave lines on my upper lid like a lot of others do.It washed off easily with my face soap, which is wonderful. Didn't need a makeup remover.The mascara lasts all day and keeps lashes perky.I'm really satisfied with this mascara! Great price point, too!

I was excited about trying this mascara however I was quite disappointed. The mascara did not define lashes and found I would have to apply layers to get any desired effect. The product would be okay for people who have long dark lashes and need minimum definition.A few years ago I was really impressed with the Revlon mascara - Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara however this is nothing like it.The only good element is that it easy to remove with eye make up remover.
