My Favorite Hair Tool!
This is my second one that I've purchased because I love it so much. The quality is great! It quickly dries your hair, leaving it soft, smooth, and full of volume! The noise is just like a regular blow dryer. The size is very manageable, like a long curling iron. I have thinning but thick/a lot of hair and hair length about an inch past my collar bone and this tool is magic with it. Once you get used to your level of comfort with the speed of the rotator buttons and the way it moves, it works so well for any hair length or level of thickness/thinness. It's a total game changer for my hair and the volume, curl, and softness make it worth ths price.

Best Spinning Brush Dryer...Hands Down
Super Product and a Bargain at this Price! This is the third Infiniti Pro I have purchased. The first two I bought had a 1 1/2 inch brush that was permanently attached. I wore out the brushes on both of these. This version has TWO BRUSHES!! The smaller one gives more curl. After I wore out the brushes on the first two, I was looking for another brand that might have a better, longer lasting brush. I found the Hot Revolver by Martino Cartier. This was a very poor product and extremely overpriced. The brush would not glide through my hair and it was worthless for smoothing. The brush started to "click" and would no longer spin while in my hair. Terrible product. I bought this product because for the first time, I saw that it had TWO different sized brushes that were detachable. I am part-Asian and I have very thick medium length hair with a moderate amount of body. I do not recommend using this to dry hair from a completely wet state. I usually partially dry my hair with a regular blow dryer (especially at the crown) and then finish the styling using this brush. The brush heads turn in both directions and once you get used to it, you will be flipping from right to left with ease. I usually clip up the crown of my head and then start styling the "underneath" hair. My hair has become a little unruly mainly because of the gray in my hair but this tool does an exceptional job of smoothing my hair. I can do this with one arm. I have had bilateral shoulder surgeries and I have a hard time raising my arm over my head. This brush allows me to dry and style my hair without raising my arm. I think for folks who have a hard time keeping their arm raised by using a round brush and standard dryer will find this tool to be a DREAM! This dryer also makes my hair very shiny. In the cool setting, you cannot turn the brush. I use the cool setting if I want to "lock in" curls. In the final phase of styling, I roll hair onto the brush and then flip to the cool setting with one finger. Once the hair is cool, (less than a minute), the curl will be locked in and I manually unroll from my hair. However, I only use this setting when I want a lot more curl. The key to getting the most out of this brush is not loading too much hair at once and only doing small sections at a time. This brush is a definite time saver and I can get professional results without straining. When this brush stops "grabbing" your hair, it's time for a new one. My brushes have lasted about 3-4 years.

Takes getting used to but worth it
I was a little skeptical because of some of the other reviews but decided to try it to deal with my greying hair, which is becoming coarser and a little frizzy. After a few days of use, I am pretty happy with the outcome. Pros: My hair is smoother and shinier and the frizz is tamed. It dries my hair quickly and efficiently. I have shoulder length hair and the 1 1/2 inch brush works. The 2" brush will only be good for much longer hair. I haven't yet tried to really get some waves in my hair but I think it will work well. Cons: 1. It is clumsy to use. I hope the company reads these reviews, placement of the controls could be better. It is almost impossible to use the cool setting to set curls because of the location of the temperature control. The spin control buttons are next to each other and the orientation of the wand changes when you move from the right to the left side of your head so that you have to switch buttons to curl in the same direction. That would not happen if the buttons were one above the other. 2. The bristles in the brush are too soft. I don't have thick hair and still it takes some effort to get the brush to grab onto the hair for curling. The sad thing is that it could be so much better with a little more thought as to the placement of the controls and the type of bristles. **Update - I ended up returning this. It is just too clumsy to use effectively. I unearthed an old non-spinning curling brush of mine, one with plastic spikes in stead of bristles. It works just a well and is easier to use.

Awesome with a learning curve
I love this thing. At first I didn't so hang in there through the learning curve, especially with the buttons that control the rotating brush. It will be awkward at first. My hair is thick and coarse, cut in a layered bob, between my ears and shoulders in length, and this dryer is perfect. I doubt it would work well on very short hair and I cannot speak for very long hair. After washing I blow my hair mostly dry with a regular brush-type blow dryer, then shape it with this dryer. It smooths my natural waves/frizz. If my hair needs reshaping, I can spritz it with water and use this dyer on sections, and it smooths it right out perfectly. I've owned it for two years and no problems with it working. Note -- another person's review said they kept the plastic sleeve that covered the bristles of the dryer, and always used it when storing. I highly recommend that advice because the bristles are a little soft and could easily get smashed/flattened.

You will pay extra for a malfunctioning unit from Conair
Here's the thing. I have a bob that is above my shoulders length. I have semi-curly hair that I like to straighten. Cons: 1. It pulls my hair out 2. Gets a little too hot 3. Button gets stuck going in one direction (right button) and doesn't stop 4. The smaller brush gets tangled and also pulls my hair out in even larger chunks (I don't use this one) 5. The brush does not spin when you put it on the cool shot setting (what's the point of having cool shot?) 6. Useless on the slow setting and can only use on high setting 7. Need an additional hair dryer to get it 80% dry before using it 8. The cord is extremely short 9. If it's not spinning, you cant use it as a regular round brush dryer because the bristles are so soft they don't go through my hair unless spinning 10. I had to put ducktape on the plastic ends of the barrel because my hair would get stuck in the crevices and get yanked out Pros: 1. When it works right, it actually adds quite a bit of volume 2. So much easier than using a separate round brush and hair dryer combo 3. Since I have shorter hair, I do not have to use any clips to clip it out of the way 4. My hair is done in less than 15 minutes 5. No pain from my carpal tunnel in my hand when I style my hair 6. Handle width is perfect 7. Comes with cover so bristles don't get smashed down when sitting on counter (you will need to put it on after every use) This product is far from perfect, but it works for my purposes. I don't expect it to be durable enough to quite last a year, especially with the situation with the button getting stuck in one direction. I would expect more from a product that's at this high of a price point. Since this one has many flaws, I may try another spinning round brush dryer when this one stops working. I haven't seen many that didn't cost more than this one. This one seems like it might be the in between model. UPDATE 1/17/2017 Don't buy this product. It won't last you even a year before malfunctioning. Tried to return through Conair since my Amazon return date had expired. They'll let you return it, but only if you pay the additional shipping costs. I waited on hold for 45 minutes to reach a customer rep to be told this. I'll save you all the trouble. Don't buy this product because it's junk. If you bought the product already, make sure you return it in time through Amazon because Conair makes junk products. I've also filed a complaint about Conair via the better business bureau, which I found out Conair has an F rating on. I've never seen an F rating on the BBB for any company. Consider this a warning about all Conair products. I know I will never buy any of their products ever again. I already have vowed to never buy their crappy hair dryers that always break, but I'm extending this to all of their products after reading complaints on the BBB and due to my recent experience trying to return this spin brush.

Not what I hoped for but I love it anyways
Great product if you use it to assist with style! I was really excited to try this brush and kind of nervous thinking about my hair getting tangled with the auto spin feature. First things first, I really do love this tool! I have carpal tunnel and I have thin, fine hair that looks horrible if I don’t brush it with a round brush to dry it and that takes a huge toll on your wrists! The auto spin function is great, the brush material helps to keep your hair from getting too caught up and as you use the unit over time you’ll learn the tricks to make sure your hair doesn’t get caught at all. For some reason the brush material creates a lot of static, even with styling products added. When I’m done I like to use my wide tooth comb to toss my hair a bit and after using this brush my hair separates and gets that static look, it’s fine if I don’t use another type of brush though. There are two downfalls for the spin function: it only works when the blower is on low or high warm air, there is a cool air function, but the brush won’t spin on this setting. To keep the brush spinning you have to keep pressing the button. It’s a nice feature so that you can stop if your hair gets really caught but it does get annoying when you are going section by section. I love it but I only gave it 3 Stars because it did not live up to my expectations of only using one styling tool. The blow dryer function is a joke. There are videos that suggest you get your hair 80% dry first, then why put the dryer part into this if I have to use a regular dryer first? I tried once with my hair completely wet and it was taking forever so eventually I started using my hair dryer and this brush at the same time. Not an all in 1 tool but the spin function and the size of the 2” brush is great when you use them with a good blow dryer! It depends on what you’re looking for, I wanted an all in one styler but at the end of the day this works great with my wrist, my biggest complaint is that you can’t lock it to keep the brush spinning once you know how to use it. If you don’t have issues with your wrist this is probably not worth the money, you’ll be able to do better with a round brush and blow dryer.

Great Styler
I love this styling brush! I had my last exact one for years. I tried others when I first started researching them and they were really harsh on my hair. This one isn’t at all. It’s so easy to use. It takes just a few minutes. Well worth it.

THE BEST BY FAR
This is the only hair dryer I will ever use. I've been using a rotating brush for probably 30 years & they just keep getting better. The InfinityPro has two different sized brushes which is new to me & handy. I use it for my bangs & a few places where I want more curl. I've tried the new hair dryers that come in a case & include lots of attachments, but I've sent them all back. The InfinityPro does what I want it to do, doesn't take up much space, is light-weight & the easiest, less complicated by far. I have to add that the Babyliss is also great, but I wanted the two brushes this time.

Awesome product!
Love this dryer. It's quiet which could be taken for not enough power but with the rotating brush it would be dangerous to have more power! My hair are long and and this dryer works very well. You need to learn to use it since it's not easy with this rotating brush but when you do it's awesome. Arrived a little late but I got message so it's fine. The only problem I had it was that it arrived in my actual mailbox not at the door as normal amazon package so at first I was surprised to see the status delivered and I didn't get my package. I recommend this dryer if you are open to learn new things, finally drying my hair is very enjoyable!

Excelente y duradero
